Mr. Potter is a licensed Broker with the California Bureau of Real Estate. He is a Vietnam Veteran, Us Navy, where he held a Top Security Clearance as a Communications Technician, 2nd Class Petty Officer. His community service includes, holding the position of President for the West Valley Los Angeles Police Department (PALS) in 1986, and several top positions, including Commander for the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He has participated and volunteered with other non-profit Veterans organizations, is a member of the Bakersfield Downtown Business Association, and currently holds the position of Vice President of BNI-Kern Business Connectors.
